$12,000 Home Makeover Contest Rules
Contest Duration: November 12th, 2012 – December 14th, 2012
 
How the $12,000 Home Makeover works:
To be eligible to win the $12,000 Home Makeover, listeners need to log on to www.kknu.fm, click where indicated and enter the $12,000 Home Makeover promotion. On the respective contest page, listeners will be able to nominate themselves, or a person who they feel deserves the $12,000 Home Makeover.
 
All fields must be completed and then listeners will click on the appropriate submission icon. Mckenzie River Broadcasting is not responsible for any technical or mechanical difficulties – from either the user or the radio station equipment that may cause the submission not to be received electronically.
 
Listeners will be able to nominate a person from Monday, November 12th, 2012 through noon on Friday, December 14th, 2012. On Monday, December 17th, 2012 the morning show Barrett, Fox and Berry will choose one winner; the person nominated will be the sole winner of the $12,000 Home Makeover Contest.
 
The station may - at its sole discretion – offer additional opportunities to play and/or extend the duration of the contest period.
 
Prize:
The $12,000 Home Makeover prize comes in the form of a gift card/gift certificate good from each of the following sponsors in the amounts below totaling $12,500:

Eligibility:
Contestants/nominated party must be legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age. Employees of Mckenzie River Broadcasting and all members of their immediate family, including any other members of their household, and all participating sponsors and their respective immediate families are not eligible to participate in this on-air/online contest. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the nominated winner and therefore will be paid by that winner.
 
Winner Procedures:
The nominated $12,000 Home Makeover Winner will be contacted by the New Country Morning show and/or the promotions director on the procedures to obtain the $12,000 prize.
 
The $12,000 Home Makeover winner must provide the station with proof of identity and social security identification. In addition, the winner will be required to sign an eligibility form, a publicity release, and/or a form acknowledging an understanding of the rules of the contest.
 
Failure to comply with these rules will cause the prize to be forfeited.
 
Other:
The $12,000 Home Makeover is non-transferable. Mckenzie River Broadcasting is not responsible for any warranties from participating sponsors for goods and/or services.
